Whether near or far, questions about comfort, safety, senior living communities, insurance, medical conditions, and medication management, often loom large. Our Process
The older adult and designated family members and friends are included throughout the care management process. We identify needs and wishes, we find and implement solutions, we coordinate the solutions, and we make sure the solutions are working. If solutions aren’t working we recommend changes. We find solutions because we closely monitor. Wereally know what’s going on!
