WHO WE ARE
Eldercare Mangement of Coastal Georgia, LLC, is a private eldercare management firm owned and managed by Barbara J. Dunn, RN, MSN. Barbara is a registered nurse with decades of experience managing the care of older adult clients. Barbara taught nursing for 11 years at a local state university and she continues to teach on a part time basis. She has an extensive nursing background including public health, health policy, hospice, disaster preparedness and response, acute care, and scholarship.

What We Believe
ElderCare Management of Coastal Georgia, LLC, adheres to Scope and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses put forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA), nursing’s only professional organization. While these two documents are protected by copyright and cannot be fully displayed here, you are invited to read about them online at the American Nurses Association web site.
Another Question of Ethics . . .
From time to time we are asked if we follow the standards of practice and the ethical codes of other care management organizations. We do not and, as nurses, we cannot. Want to know more?
Consistent with Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses, we do not accept compensation (kickbacks!) of any type for referrals made to community resources, vendors, or service providers. All care recommendations are based solely on the best interests of the client.
